Now ("the app") is designed to be private by default. This policy explains what we do and—mostly—don't do with your information.
Now works fully offline and does not require an account. Your tasks, routines, and progress are stored only on your device. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
The "break it into steps" feature sends only the single task you type to a secure server to generate the tiny steps. That text is used only to produce your steps — it is not stored after the response is returned, not linked to you or your device, and never used to train any model. If the AI service is unreachable, the app instantly falls back to an on-device breakdown so you're never blocked.
Payments are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play (via RevenueCat). We never see or store your payment-card details. Apple/Google process the transaction and provide us only an anonymous purchase status (active / not active) so we can unlock Pro features.
The app does not collect analytics or usage data. Nothing about how you use Now is sent to us or any third party.
If you enable reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a server that tracks when you open the app.
Now is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Because your data lives on your device, you can delete all of it at any time by deleting the app. No account, no deletion request, no waiting.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version here.
